Job Summary: The Special Education Dispute Resolution Coordinator position is responsible for providing support to school staff members in relation to responding to state complaints, due process hearings, and OCR complaints. Specifically, the coordinator is responsible for compiling and analyzing data to respond to alleged violations of the Virginia Regulations Governing Special Education Programs and Students with Disabilities.
