Job Summary The Apprenticeship Residency in Teaching Program Specialist functions as a member of Washington Education Association’s (WEA’s) Educator Certification Center under the direction of the Dean. This position works with WEA’s Apprenticeship Residency in Teaching (ART) program, the first union-run teacher preparation and apprenticeship program in the nation.
