Position Summary: The Member Services Representative is a primary point of contact for all CEC members and customers, providing reliable, direct service for CEC products, programs, and services allowing members and customers to transact business, receive information, and provide feedback to CEC. Although not required, we are especially interested in hiring someone with a background in education who understands the distinct needs of special educators who comprise our membership. This position is part-time (20 hours per week) and fully remote. Hours: Afternoon or Evening Preferred. Salary: *$15.00 per hour (*if candidate is located in state where minimum wage is higher than $15.00, the salary will be updated accordingly.)
